I shouldn’t be so thankful that the Red Sox lost yesterday but I am. I was supposed to be at that game. Due to people being *beep*, they decided to take tomorrows game and NOT me. That sucks, but what can I do? I learned two things. 1. Not to really trust people when they say they have tickets for you for that day, because it just leads to problems and 2. Not to get too excited about anything.
I heard that Sheff said stuff about the Yankees and being prejudice. If this guy had brains for crap, weren’t the Yankees one of the first people to sign someone black, or is it me that doesn’t have brains? I like how he says that the reason why Jeter isn’t traded with the way he said blacks were treated on the Yankees was because “he’s kinda black.” Uh what? My step-cousin (I think she is anyways) is according the Sheff “half black” and so is my cousin’s husband, who I happen to be seeing in four days. Oh well, he’s an idiot anyways. It makes me thankful that we have Drew, even though he is hurt AGAIN and we had Nixon, the fragile glass but nice RF. Thankful for Wily Mo, who doesn’t really talk much and Manny, who well, doesn’t talk at all.
Let’s hope that the game tonight is a great game. I’m debating to say if I want a good game on Sunday, just because HE will be there, but one of my best Red Sox fans will be there, so I hope they win for her.
