Red Sox Thanksgiving.

I decided that I had to do this post, just to thank people, some more than others for the season that we had this year. It’s almost thanksgiving time people, we have to be thankful for something else besides family, friends, and health right? RIGHT? Okay good.

Josh Beckett - Wow! Thank you for everything! The 20 wins. The everything we needed and more. Just thank you! A CY Young would have been sweet, but I’ll take all the other awards you have. =D!

Mike Lowell – Oh my lord! Michael Lowell. World Series MVP well deserved. Thank you for coming back, thank you for everything! Thank you for not being a Johnny Damon and a A-Rod and not taking the money.

Ryan Garko – I’m thanking you for what reason? To pissing off the Red Sox for your stupid champagne quote (taken out of context my BUTT) and making them wanting to play harder. If you guys don’t remember, he said the following “The champagne tastes just as good on the road as it does at home” Only talking about the Yankees? My foot buddy, my foot.

Jonathan Papelbon – Being our rock, being the partier, EVERYTHING!

Manny – just being you is enough.

David Ortiz – PAPI! HERO! Everything else possible!

Jacoby Ellsbury – really, what else can I say? You’re one of the best things that will happen in the Red Sox Nation for quite a while. Oh did I mention, you’re hot?

Dustin Pedroia – being the ROY. I think I have to thank myself here for sticking up for you against everyone.

Youk – oh wow, just everything.

Jon Lester – thanks for coming back from the cancer and winning Game 4 of the World Series. Yeah enough said.

Eric Gagne – yeah, you read this right, I’m thanking him too. He made me realize that I do have a heart and it does suffer from brokenness and attacks. I’m not too thankful for that.

Clay Buchholz – Your no-hitter.

Tim Wakefield – being a good teammate, not pitching hurt, letting Clay pitch his no hitter. Not being a butthead about not being in the playoffs? Yeah a lot of thanks.

Julian Taravez – for teaching us that rolling the ball is a way to go.

Jerry Remy – air guitar is now my life.

Dropkick Murphys – for writing the song, Shipping Off To Boston, Tessie all that other songs too.

Bobby Kietly – Game 4 World Series Homerun.

TBS – for making me think the unthinkable and WANTING Fox. I NEVER want that feeling again.
