Today I got accepted to Newbury College in Brookline MA. It's about 5 to 10 minutes away from Fenway, yeah that's why I applied SHUT UP! Money is the biggest issue for college so it's my safety school like it was going to be at first but whatever. I'M GOING TO COLLEGE!
Oh, I guess I should say that I changed my mind about my major AGAIN. I'm planning on going into psychology. Maybe Child Development. Salem has a program where you go through it in sociology SO we'll see!
Now I have to apply to Salem State and hear from Framingham State and Pine Manor College and I'm golden. I think what makes me happier is that I got in with just my grades and not my SAT's scores because those were bad. Gives me hope to getting into Framingham State *crosses fingers.*
I don't know what else to really write right now. I'm just SO happy that I have a future woohoo!!

Congratulations Krystle! I believe my mother when to Salem State for some time back in the day, but don't quote me on that. I'll have to ask her later on today. Good luck on the other applications as well!
Thanks Wayne!
Congrats I have no idea where I want to go.....(this is the time our school believes you shpuld know) the thought of living alone is scaring me right now though with my health the way it is :) SO i have no idea :(
Kaylee - It's fine that you don't know what to do. If I were you, I would start doing "surveys" that could help you with ideas. What made me decide to work with children is that I love them and I would find a career that would help me eventually. Find something that you LOVE to do then look for it as your career. That's my advice. But as my cousin told me, don't worry about what you want to do until your junior year of college year when you have to take classes on your main major. Freshman and Sophmore years of college base on the classes YOU have to take.
There's my advice for you.
Oh yeah thats dome good advice...I think I will do that. I love little kids I have dreams of either being a chef or a preschool teacher but am not getting my hopes up.
Good Luck, stay focused & the Sox'll be there after school
kaylee - yeah. i have a site for you called careercruising.com good site to look at but you need an account name
