Well the Red Sox didn't get Johan Santana and either did the Yankees. That's good. The Mets have until 5 o'clock tomorrow to make the deal offical and I couldn't be any happier.
Mets' fans are shocked by this deal, I mean the best the center piece of the deal is Chris Gomez? Come on, they should know they didn't give up much for this deal for a two-time CY Young award winner? Something tells me the Mets won this deal, but then again, I have been wrong before.
The future is in tact man. WE HAVE ALL OF THE FUTURE HERE! Jacoby, Clay, Justin Masterson, Jed Lowrie. I think the Red Sox did the better and NOT make the deal. I'm shocked the Yankees didn't find a way to make the deal because they NEED Johan since it looks like Roger Clemens isn't going to be playing baseball anymore.
